E-Formula was established in 2007. Initially our focus was in the telecommunication sector, gradually we developed into a total solution company.
Gaining experiences in the telecom industry. E-Formula expanded and broadened its services to total solutions offering (Energy Management System [EMS], Data Center solutions, Information Communication Technology [ICT], telecom repairs) to Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations and Maintenance to Repairs and Optimization.
E-Formula members devote themselves towards providing services which are tailored to suit each clients individual needs, this is accomplished in accordance with ISO 9001 and TL 9000 QMS standards.
E-Formula's business ethics provides key components, products, systems and equipment for clients choices, the Professional Management personnels supply system integration, installation and construction followed by Maintenance and Repair services.

E-Formula has been awarded ISO9001-2008, TL9000, and the most recent award is the ISO27001 in late 2014
ISO27001 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system within the context of the organization. It also includes requirements for the assessment and treatment of information security risks tailored to the needs of the organization.
ISO 9001:2008 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:
a) To demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer, applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
b) Aims to enhance customer satisfaction, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customers.
TL 9000 quality management system to meet the supply chain and operational quality requirements of the global information and communication technologies (ICT) industry.
TL 9000 is built on ISO 9001 and its quality principles.
